The location is perfectly nestled in the heart of Soho, offering a rare tranquility despite the bustling surroundings. The clean and relatively comfortable quadruple room was a pleasant surprise for the price. access to the annex is poorly marked, and climbing four flights of stairs is challenging, especially with no lift. A patch of mould on the ceiling detracted from an otherwise neat accommodation.

Great location just a short walk to Covent Garden. The quadruple room was clean and had a private bathroom, electric kettle, and heating. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. Upper floors were accessible by stairs only, making it a bit of a workout. Nearby, there are nice restaurants for dinner.

The room felt very basic with noticeable mold around the windows and not the cleanest overall. The TV didn’t work, leaving us in the dark during a chilly night because the heating system was confusing. Being a few minutes' walk from the main property wasn't ideal for us, especially with small children in tow. We also faced a noisy street that made it tough to get a good night's sleep.

I loved the location, right in the heart of Covent Garden! Super easy to access the Piccadilly Underground, and so many great restaurants nearby. The quadruple room felt clean and offered reasonable comfort for the price. Surprisingly quiet for such a lively area, which was fantastic. The bathroom was quite tight, made moving around a challenge. The cleaning between guests could definitely improve. I noticed some missed spots. The room furnishings could use freshening up, especially the bathroom's layout. Despite those issues, I would still return for the central location and overall cleanliness.

Family with children enjoy some good times
The location was amazing! Just a short walk from the tube station, and right next to a famous fish & chips shop, we loved that! ! ⭐️ the staff were super nice, early check-in was a big plus for us, made things so much easier.
It wasn’t the cheapest place, but you know. fine by me.

We loved how easy it was to visit the local sights and the free WiFi was a fantastic bonus for our stay. The hotel is just a short walk from theaters and Covent Garden. Perfect for our family getaway with the baby.
In my wife’s opinion, having more mats in the bathroom would make it much warmer for the baby.
